Skagit County Court-Approved Mediator
As a mediator, I work directly with parties to help facilitate a resolution of their case. Mediation is required in Skagit County divorce and parenting plan cases, because it is highly effective.
Minor Guardianship, Adoption & Conservatorship
Previously called third-party custody, or grandparent adoption, minor guardianship is Washington’s framework for establishing a non-biological parent as a temporary or permanent guardian. Other legal options include adoption and conservatorships.
